Léna Salamé



Léna is a lawyer in international public law, specialized in conflict mitigation. She is also a professional mediator, negotiator and dialogue facilitator. For 17 years, she managed UNESCO’s programme on water cooperation (i.e. PCCP: from Potential Conflict to Cooperation Potential). She now is involved in a variety of projects related to transboundary waters, international law, ethics and conflict mitigation.
